About Kelsey Houston:
Kelsey Houston is the CEO of Growth Financial Strategies and VP of Finance at For Wellness. She has operated as a finance executive in the startup space for over 10 years with experience primarily in SaaS, medtech, health and nutrition, and manufacturing, in both B2B and DTC models. Kelsey has a keen ability to validate strategy through numbers, elevate leadership teams within an organization, and shape a culture centered around transparency, authenticity, and alignment.
Outside of her career, Kelsey is a mother to two incredible boys, Steven and Samuel, a club volleyball coach, a dedicated kids ministry volunteer at COTM BA, and a live music lover. She is passionate about work-life balance, helping others develop their personal brand, and engaging with young adults on building a sustainable and joyful personal life and professional career.
